Take a bowl add sugar,butter mix and whisk.
Take a big bowl add maida and baking powder mix add cocopowder mixed.
Take a maida add butter mixer mixed add water or milk make a cake batter.
Then pre heated oven cake bake in 180 degree at 20 minutes and 120 degree bake at 25 minutes.
After 45 minutes cake is ready then cool.
Then cake set in tray garnish rice and icing sugar dusting.
